The Leak Report

What is the leak costing you?

Sixteen questions, about four minutes. You get the hours going out the door every month, what those hours cost you over a year, and the first move that closes the biggest leak.

Free. No meeting. Close guesses work fine, and your report opens as soon as you finish.

  1. An escape of something valuable through a gap nobody is watching.
  2. Praxis. Money and hours leaving a business through its technology: subscriptions nobody opens, work done twice by hand, decisions made without a second opinion, risk carried without a plan.

From Middle English leken, to let water through. The oldest fault in any building, and the least visible one in any technology stack.

Three quick answers

Is the Leak Report really free?

Yes. The audit is free, takes about four minutes, and does not book a meeting or start a sales sequence. You answer sixteen questions, and the report appears right on the page. If the results raise questions, the free discovery hour is the natural next step.

What happens to my answers?

Your answers stay between you and Lexi. They generate your report and, if you choose to book the discovery hour, they give her a head start on your status quo map. Nothing is sold, shared, or added to a drip campaign. The privacy policy covers the details.

Do I need numbers ready before I start?

No. Most questions offer ranges, so a close guess works fine. If you know your monthly software spend and roughly how many hours a week go to manual work, the dollar estimates get sharper, but the audit is built for an owner answering from memory between jobs.

Four minutes. No meeting. Your report renders on this page.

Run your business.
Don’t let it run you.

The audit is the first look. The discovery hour is free: five questions ahead, then an hour on how your business runs.
