The Site describes the professional technology advisory services Praxis Institute Holdings LLC offers, including fractional CTO engagements, virtual CIO advisory, technology risk assessments, AI advisory, and Cognitive Amplification programs. Service descriptions, tiers, and prices on the Site are provided for information. Every engagement is tailored, and the work itself is governed by the separate written proposal or agreement you sign with us, which controls if it differs from the Site.
Consulting outcomes depend on your business, your decisions, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue, savings, or performance outcome from the services described on the Site. Nothing on the Site is legal, accounting, tax, or insurance advice.
Inquiries and scheduling
Forms on the Site let you contact us and request information or a discovery call. Submitting a form does not create a contract or a confirmed appointment, and any pricing, availability, or scope discussed is not final until we confirm it with you directly in writing. We may decline or cancel a request at our discretion.
