Pricing · Real numbers
Real numbers, before the call.
Every lane, every tier, and the $500 starter, top to bottom, along with what moves each number and the KPI cadence that guards the spend after you say yes.
Five questions arrive before the call.
The free hour comes first
Every engagement begins the same way, whatever its eventual size: one prepared hour, at no cost, before any number on this page applies to you.
Free
No fee and no obligation. The hour exists to find out whether the fit is real, and Lexi will say so plainly if it is not.
One hour
Sixty minutes on how your business runs today and where you want it to go, with Lexi listening more than she talks.
Five questions, sent ahead
The agenda arrives before the call, tailored to your business, so you can read it over and walk in ready.
What Praxis charges, on one page
Four ways to work together, each with real numbers attached. Your proposal will price the work exactly; these ranges are where it starts.
Operational Intelligence Systems
How the business runs gets mapped first; technology comes second. Full CRM, automation, and workflow infrastructure on the platform that fits you. These engagements run on a subscription platform you own and pay for directly; platform fees are separate from Praxis fees.

[ About this lane → ]BNI Member Starter

[ See the member starter → ]Every engagement is scoped and priced in the proposal, so the tier above is a starting point rather than a fixed package. The discovery hour is free either way.
Three levers move every price
No engagement is read off a rate card. When your proposal lands above or below the middle of a range, one of these is why.
And when the budget calls for a smaller start, the plan gets phased.
Scope
How much of the business the work touches. One stubborn workflow sits at the bottom of a range; a full operational build with every department in play sits at the top.
Oversight
Advisory time is the premium ingredient. Pure SaaS implementation runs cheaper because Lexi’s contracted development team executes while she translates requirements and holds delivery to spec.
Partners
Some deliveries share the work: the contracted build team, or a referred specialist for work outside her lane. The proposal names who does what and prices each part in the open.
The KPIs guard the spend
“I don’t have a lot of money to throw at a solution that doesn’t actually work.” Owners bring that sentence to most discovery hours. The answer is a measurement cadence, set before any money moves.
Before you run the numbers
What does it cost to work with Praxis?
The discovery hour is free, and the five-question agenda arrives before the call. Engagements start at $3,500, larger advisory and implementation work runs higher, and every proposal is tailored to your business. You will see the numbers, and the KPIs behind them, before you commit.
Why are the prices published as ranges?
Because every engagement is tailored to one business. The ranges show where the work usually falls; your proposal prices your engagement exactly, once Lexi maps how your business runs in the discovery hour. Scope, the amount of advisory oversight, and the delivery partners involved decide where inside the range you land.
What if the full plan costs more than I can spend right now?
Then the plan gets phased. Lexi’s operating rule is we gotta walk before we can run: the proposal sequences the work so the highest-ranked risks and the biggest time drains come first, and later phases wait until the KPIs from the early ones have earned the next dollar.
What is the least expensive way to start?
The discovery hour, which is free. After that, BNI members can book the $500 Member Starter, and focused engagements begin around $3,500. Praxis would rather start you small and let the baseline KPIs argue for the next phase than sell you a system you are not ready for.
